Downgrading to Leopard

note: dual-boot is, suppose option, seems hassle.
 

which model want downgrade leopard? newest 2011 model? 2011 ones cannot run less 10.7/lion.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
