How to fix push notifications iOS 4.3.3

my iphone 4 not push notifications after jailbreaking pwnage tool , 4.3.3. have read use sam or push doctor fix this. best way working again? using at&t sim card.
 

i realized sam , push doctor hacktivated iphones. mine not. other ideas?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
