My 2011 iMac isn't HDCP compliant!

bought couple of hd shows itunes today. play fine on apple tv, streamed imac. can't play files on imac itself. got hdcp warning first time, , no video.

also, hd shows purchased on pc, i've moved over, don't work either.

imac 21.5 " i7 bto. have no external monitors attached mac.

have support case apple it. they're stumped.

else have issue?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
