video sent from iPhone is sometimes small

the video daughter sends iphone mine big enough fills screen (without clicking on make bigger), small , if click on it, bigger, resolution bad.
can't figure out causing difference.

if sending mms because network compressing video.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
