New MBP Problem - DOA i guess after 1st restart

just got this afternoon.. set up..rebooted..and wont restart.. stuck @ daisy wheel loading screen... let sit there 15 mins.. shut down after doing quick search on apple forums... started again , still stuck.. :mad: brand new mbp 15" , 1 restart , stuck.. ideas ?

try reinstalling os. if doesnt work bad hard drive

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
