Add my info to users address book

hey guys,

building app myself , wanted able create uibutton when pressed user add contact information users address book. suggestions? have been searching few hours without finding i'm looking for. thanks.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
