Iphone 3GS cannot upgrade baseband

hey guys, bought iphone 3gs on 4.3.4 baseband 05.16.02.

spent time reading upgrading baseband 6.15.

able downgrade phone 4.1 , baseband still @ 05.12.06. tried jailbreak , ipad baseband redsn0w wouldn't anything, put me white screen everytime. tried older pwnagetool 4.1.3 unlock version , jailbreak phone on 4.1 not update baseband 6.15. have tried countless times baseband , isn't going anywhere.

lost , wondering if help, thanks.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
