OSD for keyboard shortcuts

i saw many tutorial videos show combination of keyboard shortcuts pressing on screen.

software or configurations they're using?
 

screenflow or ishowu hd have option, screen recording applications.

try "sticky keys" in system preferences > universal access >> keyboard.

Mail will not Quit when shutting down

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
