OSX - Dual monitors and Dock position / Active Corners

hello together!

hooked monitor macbook. it's standing left (see picture). unfortunately dock , active corner moves left well! driving me crazy!

looked on web , people have same problem 10 years now. when apple going fix that? lock dock , active corners on screen can't difficult. :confused: disappointed...

1 know if doing in lion?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
