Pull To Refresh - XCode Program (Please help!)

okay i'm making app forwards 1 of websites. i'm trying figure out how make pull refresh have webpage reload. followed instructions on https://github.com/leah/pulltorefresh , got last step, don't know programming put in subclass. can please me? :)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
