how to switch on autocomplete or remember passwords

i have new 27" imac - there way of enabling auto complete usernames/passwords on forums etc or getting them pre-filled in?
 

it's in safari preferences under "autofill" tab.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
