VMware fusion--printer icon disappeared

i updated vmware 3.1.3 , printer icon in lower right corner has disappeared. can't connect/disconnect hp.

cannot print on mac side when vmware closed.

shld do?

there way set can print on both windows , mac side on imac w/o disconnecting on windows side?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
