Email issues - MacbookPro

i having issues macbook had reinstall mac os.. installed snowleopard. after started laptop found impossible send emails or type in these "chat" boxes because when press spacebar, screen scrolls down. when press backspace button,my email saved draft , deleted....please...help.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
