Remote desktop

i need see mbp desktop ipad on local wifi lan can remote launch mbp app. not want use internet ... must local. have suggestions?

tried mocha vnc, couldn't work.
 

i don't know what's best you, here's did...

mac has vnc built-in, turned on, , downloaded app called remoter vnc. app access mac on local network. (it's universal binary, used on iphone 4.)

stopped using though, because didn't feel secure enough me. there in-app purchase ssh, i'm not sure if apple's vnc supports that. heh, have done more research, squishing desktop on phone wasn't great productivity. ipad, might more comfortable.
