2011 MBA not recognizing BT keyboard

anyone else having issues apple bt keyboard not being recognized mba/lion? found magic mouse fine. mbp connected kb no problem moments ago (it's shut down there shouldn't conflict).
 

yanking battery apparently did job. ok, i'm set. :d

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
