installing parallels 6.0 over to upfrade from 5.0

if install newer parallels 6.0 upgrade 5.0 have installed on mac now, lose current windows installations under 5.0?

know received e-mail price of 49.99 6.0 & mac apps, claimed big value, have given me until 7-31-2011.
 

no, upgraded work v6.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
