Question regarding upgrading to iPhone 5 on ATT

got 3gs in august 2009, i've been eligible upgrade quite time. received phone gift parents, pay bill. bill under mom's name. when next iphone comes out, in school in dc , home in connecticut. got 3gs @ att, plan on getting next 1 @ best buy have ton of gift cards there. process when phone @ best buy? have sign contract renewal there? if do, mom need me phone under name , gets discount on monthly plan work?
 

the account holder has present, , rule applies no matter phone upgrade or retailer.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
