Airport Extreme Issues

hi all,

have bought 4th gen airport extreme , trying set time machine plugging in external hard drive. can see drive , time machine can set drive, however, when try receive error message:


know how can fix this? bought airport extreme set time machine , annoying me.

try plugging disk mac directly via usb backup , see if behavior persists.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
