Are all 3Gs's unlockable?

i'm considering iphone 3gs buy (to hold me on until iphone 5), have service t-mobile. owner said updated ios lastest version (4.3.3) when restored it. whatever baseband comes 4.3.3 upgradeable 6.15.00 , ultrasn0wable, have been in past? help.
 

yes, if install ipad bb unlock lose gps function , have other issues down road also.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
