How do I get zip files onto my iPhone

to use in winterboard...

have several files on macbook put on how put them on?

 

you can email zip file , use ifile unarchived them , put contents wherever

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
