Notification Issues and questions. Jailbroken Iphone 4

ok, trying make switch android phone , finding 1 thing keeping me form making jump.

on android, when have reminder, etc shows on screen when come out of lock mode , goes directly alarm/reminder item. there can change snooze time etc.

on iphone notification shows when unlock gone......seems either calendar item or pretty task program use.
there notification hack/mod/program shows , keeps notifications @ top of screen (like biteme txt's do)??

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
