Can't buy Lion outside US?

hey,

opened app store buy lion, when creating apple id account couldn't choose other us, , if faked address , country wouldn't accept mastercard number, saying not mastercard. how can buy mac os x lion? :confused:
 

use app store geographic location?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
