how to tell if 3GS is unlocked?

i have 3gs bought unlocked 6.15.00 bb. did restore on phone , had re-jailbreak it. still has 4.2.1 6.15.00 before sell want know if still unlocked?

jailbroke redsnow, , have at&t , no need 6.15.00 3gs since have 3gs thats jb 4.3.3.

almost positive have restore using custom firmware when on ipad baseband. did not that?
