How to use print Job Log

the print scheduling feature has been removed , appears replaced "job log" in lion. there docs on how use it?
 

i'd grateful find out how schedule print jobs well, did pre-lion.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
