iPhone 4 sms out of order and Set Automatically time not correct

hi, new forums , need help.
iphone 4 jailbreak out of singapore. phone in los angeles now.
  • sms out of order
when sms/text messages sent not go top of message chain, when receiver sends me goes top.

  • set time automatically
]set time automatically - worked fine till 2 days ago after did sync on itunes. have set time manually, if use automatic sets time 2 hours prior me.

think these issues related forum messages have read. idea on how fix or place go fix?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
