Ssd setup

so i'm looking @ buying new mbp , purchase ssd , put hdd in optibay. question how go installing os , apps on ssd while files written hdd. need install windows on ssd , use parallels. best way go this?

this how it.

clone osx install ssd (which in enclosure)
pop ssd in mac it's disc drive
install bootcamp
install optical bay set ssd in main slot , hdd in caddy.
move lot of home folder hdd using symbolic links, saw tutorial somewhere, can't find it.

feel free correct process, have yet (my ssd arrives tuesday)
