imac rebooting spontaneously

my 2009 imac rebooted on own. looked in log , see following entry:

7/25/11 10:58:38 am kernel pae enabled

there's nothing suspicious before or after. how can tell if rebooted on own, or if there power glitch? if rebooted, how can find out why?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
