apple store exhange?

hey having multiple issues new imac... ,stuck pixels, screen tinitng dust under display slight ridiculous.... ordered 27 inch i7 , exchange in store... possible? stores carry i7 , take exchanges when ordered online?

yours bto option purchased online, hence, believe have arrange online change - easy, call apple support line in region , keep hammering away faults unacceptable machine costing us$2,500 - these issues have surfaced prior 14 day exchange policy, if after timeframe, may have issues.

took me 3 attempts replacement 21 day old imac 27in i5 3.1ghz.

i'm having mine replaced , updating i7 , add more vram - should arrive late june after have collected original - had yellow tint , appeared dirty screen - mark big palm - smack bang in middle of display , yellow tint affected bottom third - mine purchased reseller, in future i'll order online or purchase actual apple store - not have in hong kong.

hope helps, call them now, longer wait, worse get.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
