Faster CD ripper?

just got mac , looking faster way rip cd's on new mac. itunes unbearably slow @ importing cd's, there app or program import cd's faster? not worried dvds, cd's... help!
 

problem fast ripping errors. i'd rather have perfect rips, use accurip (pc) or xld (mac)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
