iMac mid 2010 crashing

hello

have imac mid 2010 bought around february year. yesterday decided upgrade ram 12 gb because of lion :)

somehow, keeps crasching time time. since yesterday - 3 or 4 times. hangs , can't move mouse or type keyboard.

ram bought couple of corsair 2x4gb (cmso8gx3m2a1333c9).

if i'm not mistaken - people have had problems kind of amount of ram. have idea problem can be?
 

when crash getting kernel panic, frozen, or lag i.e. typing on keyboard , stops typing , catches up?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
