iPhone Won't Sync Photos!!

i went mac pc, until yesterday of photos have been syncing sync , error message saying of photos cannot displayed on iphone.
 

if try sync photos computer other 1 have previously, should removing synced pictures iphone, not experience partial sync or errors. confusing sync vs. import possibly? far pictures cannot displayed, make sure either jpegs, tiffs, or gifs; other formats may have converted before can synced.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
