Thinking about paying the $99 for the ios 5

hey guys had few questions... im interested in purchasing ios developer program can ios 5 on ipad , iphone 4. however, had few questions:

1. void warranty? know won't able downgrade ios 4 baseband. have broken speaker right , don't want apple saying voided warranty beta os.

2. how many devices can udid activation for?

don't recommend it. every year people , forum full of people complaining how unstable device , how apple won't fix because it's on beta os.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
