Will an SSD Make a MBP like An Air?

i mean snappy performance of air, come if added ssd pro? (boot times, launching apps, , such....)? , if so, ssd should buy?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
