how do i create folders and forldes ina folder in iTumes

i have series of 8 language cd want import itunes. want main folder or album , within folder want folder each cd don't 500 files not related on individual cd's. can in itunes, how do in itunes?
 

would creating playlists viable option?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
