App Advice: Project/Task Management For A Team


hello all!

looking app handles projects , organizes tasks associated project. (there lots of apps this). need 1 syncs across multiple ipads.

our team sets training seminars , there 500 tasks need accomplished prior , during seminars ensure successful event. each member of team has ipad. need app can "assign" task member , have checked off list when it's completed. maybe syncs in cloud, or log 1 account.

suggestions?
 

not sure if looking for, using wunderlist in similar way.

create project(s) each member reporting me in wunderlist, share respective project(s) each member. shared member , see project's tasks.

create task inside each of project(s), , each member checks them off when completed.

wunderlist free, , each member load on iphone, mac, windows pc , synch across platforms.

way check on each project progress checking on task status.
