please help Airport extreme question!

hello, tired of searching on google past 20 minutes , it's 1:13am. want know is,

have airport extreme. set , runs great!, 5 months later, don't want share network upstairs people anymore. reset manufactory settings (via network utitlites) , created new network name , password.

laptop, iphone, ipods, still connect old network name , password. mean think if delete netowrk name netowrk utilities should dissapear, if can connect, can connect.

know(or believe) if press , hold reset button in 5 seconds (should) remove , won't remember networks in past.

how can delete previous network names, settings, when turn on computer, display connect network since 1 connect (mine) not existing anymore?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
