6g OWC to a 2010 mbp, issues?

hi everyone, love owc buy them 120gb ssd dont know wil have issues fact 6gb transfer ssd , not 3g current mbp 2010 (its 15" mid-year)

googled lot , couldnt find answer...

both 3g , 6g costs same (200 210 bucks) , change mbp on 2012 considering can save ssd next year great :d
 

should work fine, @ sata 2 speeds.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
