Found T-Mobile HTC G2 phone. What to do?

i have found t-mobile htc g2 phone, in parking lot. have found gmail address in phone , emailed address, , left voicemail on phone, in case guy calls in check messages. hasn't called, , hasn't replied email.

do?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
