How is Office 2008 running?

i did search didn't come across conclusive, outside of excel possibly having issues. here upgrade lion office 2008?
 

i use word (2008), appears run , seems bit faster under snow leopard.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
