Lion no Disc

i talking fcp support engineer engineer yesterday (who pretty good) , told me when lion , system crashes have reinstall sl update , download lion again. no install disc.
 

you can make own disk.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
