Does Mini handle 2560x1440 27 inch well?

anybody experience current mini , 27" cinema display or dell u2711 running @ 2560x1440. know mini can output this, how well?

i've read reports moving , resizing windows choppy. obviously, gaming out of question part. can handle expose @ full framerate, smoothly move windows , play 1080p video without stuttering?
 

i have mini connected 60in lcd tv 1080i , not notice choppyness in video

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
