iPhone not working, 1602 error

hi guys

today noticed iphone wouldn't respond, lock & home buttons prompted no response , flicking mute switch on/off didn't cause vibration

when connected mac, mac acted usual, iphoto popped up, photos etc & itunes recognised it.

went restore phone, got 1602 error. when disconnected phone & reconnected it, http://imgur.com/28awh

basically, help?!

i'm running 4.3.5, not jailbroken , have itunes 10.5 os x lion

appreciated.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
