iPhone 4 SIM temporarily in original iPhone and keep unlimited data?

i'm wanting sell iphone 4 , use original iphone next month or until iphone 5 comes out. have unlimited data , make sure keep it.

did last year in between 3gs , 4 (sold current phone, rocked original iphone until 4 came out) no hiccups in unlimited data. however, before at&t introduced data caps , have non clue whether or not have introduced new policies affect me here.

can confirm whether or not go far using original iphone next month or , keep unlimited data? did searching , couldn't find recent on topic. found stuff year ago doesn't much.

it's worth original iphone jailbroken (if maybe there's tweak or ensure keep unlimited data).

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
