ipad2 wifi won't connect

my iphone 4 running 4.3.3 will connect on work sonicwall tz100w router, ipad2 running 4.3.3 will not. settings same using dhcp both ipad2 , iphone4. have no problems connecting ipad2 home uverse router.

can see network , ask key, cannot connect.

tried use open security see if security problem , did same thing.

clues?
 

do use mac-filter? if turn off or add ipad's mac

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
