Most iphone4 have fine horizontal interlace onscreen (with a test picture)

hi all,

have noticed fine horizontal lines on iphone4 screen ios 4.3.5,its not silky smooth looking was.

fine unless can see lot of thin horizontal lines on entire screen.it persistent flicker flashing horizontal lines on whole display.

guys have problem?if can‘t see ,use picture test it.save picture( full-size image 640*960,not thumbnail) camera roll or photo libray,then check without zoom in or out,you see top , bottom bar flickering.

dont know whether hardware or software problem，but obvious when unlock screen.after keepping screen on or play video ,it may disappear.

wow, you're right. can see clear interlace flicker when viewing @ actual size. curious, wonder if they're drawing alternate lines keep performance high on high res screen?

not it'll make difference @ 99.9% of time of course. effect slight, , visible test image or under rare circumstances. mean i'm pretty sensitive , can see screen flickering image, i'd never noticed before now.

RESOLVED: Geez...my spoiled daughter was disappointed when I gave her a new 11" MBA!

my daughter has 2010 white macbook (latest model...as of today) has warranty expiring soon. so, instead of buying applecare, thought i'd great dad , surprise new 11" base model macbook air (and sell macbook). give yesterday thinking she'd (since said thought cool @ local apple store last week), after 15 seconds, says doesn't want because there's no disc drive in music , dvds. told can rip , put file on mba or whatever, still said needs (despite other benefits of newer , lighter mba). use, 2011 mbp better mba, i'm not listening voice of customer/user in case! geez...she's seven! smart , detailed , knows wants, see myself taking son on weekend getaways every month starting in few years or   /r/firstworldproblems   Forums Macs ...
