No Turbo Boosting in Windows

apple removed turbo boosting on windows 13' macbook pro , possibly others due crashing , overheating. thoughts? :apple:
 

at least realize theres problem , took step in right direction...next step...redesign...

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
