iMac question: display

i looking 27 able use standalone monitor pc. either of these have ability (i think new ones can not correct?):

fb953ll/a (states released late 2009, refurb $1349)
fc510ll/a ( states released july 2010, refurb $1269)

how can know sure before order refurbished online apple?

both of 27" models function display if have mini display port on pc.

2011 models not require thunderbolt not mdp (though believe 21.5" models have target display mode in generation, not 27")

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
