iPhone/iPad and Exchange Passwords

could 1 shed light on how manage exchange passwords?

problem when someones exchange passowrd expires (their ad account) have manually change on ipad - there way done automatically? or way prompt user exchange password has expired , need update iphone?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
