MacBook Pro Upgrades and Warrenties

i considering getting baseline 13" macbook pro standard configurations , doings upgrades myself.

1. upgrade 8gb of ram
2. replace hd 256gb ssd
3. replace cd drive 320gb hd came laptop

questions one, 1 or of these void warrenty; , two, make logical sense use 256gb hd main hd , use 320gb time machine drive? need 256gb , dont need cd drive. way wouldn't have worry remember plug drive in backups

#2 might.

#1 wont

ive done 3 though lol. 128gb ssd , 750gb hdd in optibay, 8gb 1600mhz ram.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
