PLEASE HELP!!! | iphone wont turn on and battery is stuck...

hello all,
couple of weeks ago bought new iphone 4 , jailbraked it. yesterday, seems allways turn of , cant use it. moreover, battery wont seem increase percentage when charge it, u can see being charged. should next?? please me!!!:(
 

this why dont jailbreak. have tried restoring using itunes? if want jailbreak again?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
